With more than 20 years of experience across commercial and residential real estate, Michelle serves as Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management – Global Lead at Citigroup within Corporate Realty Services. In this role, she provides strategic and tactical leadership focused on optimizing and standardizing global lease administration practices. Since joining Citigroup in 2006, Michelle has built a reputation for operational excellence and thoughtful leadership. Her prior experience includes roles at Acadia Realty Trust, Gramercy Construction & Management Corporation, Arc Realty Management, and Mann Realty Trust. Across these positions, she has developed deep expertise in property management, lease administration, acquisitions and dispositions, operations, strategic initiatives, data management, and regulatory compliance.

Michelle is known for her analytical approach and commitment to delivering clear, current, and actionable insights. She brings a comprehensive understanding of market conditions, trends, comparable transactions, and asset values—enabling stakeholders to make informed, realistic decisions in an evolving real estate landscape.

She holds a B.A. in Psychology from The College of New Rochelle and is currently pursuing her MBA at Western Connecticut State University’s Ancell School of Business. Michelle is a New York State Notary Public and an active member of the New York State Association of Realtors and the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors.

Originally from the Bronx, Michelle has lived throughout Westchester County and northern Connecticut, including Danbury and New Fairfield. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, embracing family life and the communities she calls home.
